Server Requirements

If you already have WordPress installed, it means that you meet the minimum server requirements and you can perfectly install this theme without any issues. To get the most out of your website though, you should get in touch with your web host and ask them if they meet the following criteria:

  • PHP version 7.4 or greater.
  • MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.1 or greater.
  • HTTPS support.

Prerequisites

Ignition Framework

This theme requires our free Ignition framework plugin to be installed. Simply visit the Downloads area, download the Ignition Framework plugin, upload it through your Dashboard > Plugins > Add new and Activate it.

It really doesn’t matter if you install the theme or the plugin first. Just make sure to install both in order to get the whole functionality.

Read the Ignition Framework plugin’s installation instructions.

Theme installation

Installing the theme is a very simple process. Go to your dashboard under Appearance > Themes > Add new, click Upload Theme and upload the zip file. Once uploaded click Install Now and then the Activate Theme link. Read a more detailed overview on how to download and install the theme.

Once the theme is installed and activated you will be forwarded to the theme’s onboarding page.

You will be prompted to install and activate the Ignition Framework plugin if you haven’t done so already. Here you can also install our free custom blocks plugin, GutenBee. Through the onboarding page you have access to many useful links, such as the theme’s documentation, our knowledge base articles, direct links to our support hub and access to our theme installation service.

In the Sample Content tab of the onboarding page you can install and activate all the plugins required to import the sample content and proceed with its installation. More info on that on the next section.

NOTE: The only plugin required for the theme to work properly is the Ignition Framework plugin, all other plugins are entirely optional if you don’t need their functionality or are not planning on importing the sample content. You can safely skip installing and activating them if you are sure you don’t need them.

How to import the sample content

If you like what you see in our demo website you can simply import the sample content. This means that a close approximation of our demo website will be imported in your WordPress installation. Now all you have to do is replace the content of these pages with yours. Importing the sample content can help serve as a basis on which you can continue to build and expand your site, however keep in mind that this procedure is entirely optional.

Here is a generic video guide on how to import the sample content.

The procedure:

  • In your WordPress dashboard visit Appearance > Theme Options > Sample Content.
  • Click Install and then Activate for each of the required plugins.
  • Click the Get Started button and in the next screen, move over the screenshot of the builder/variation of your preference and click the Import Demo button.
NOTE: Due to the nature of the import mechanism some links may link back to our demo website. If you are not sure how to update / change these links simply get in touch and we’ll help you out.

Image sizes

Web page loading times are greatly affected by the size of your images. For best results make sure to use images with the recommended dimensions as described below:

  • Main post thumbnail: 870x580px
  • Item:  615x410px
  • Large Item: 1170x780px
  • Article Media 510x510px
  • Mini-cart items 160x160px
NOTE: If for any reason you want to change the dimensions of any of the predefined image sizes you have to use a plugin.  This guide describes the process of modifying image sizes.
NOTE: All image sizes are the minimum recommended, adding larger image sizes will result in cropping them to fit.

Setting up site-wide sections

It’s considered a good practice to set up the areas of your website that you won’t be editing a lot in the future, like the general site layout, the header, footer and some secondary functionality.

General Site Options

You can change your general site options under Customize > Site Options. Under the Layout section you can control your site’s, blog’s and single blog post’s layout, as well as the site width and content/sidebar column ratio. The layout can then be overridden in each post/page individually. Under the Colors tab you can select the basic color palette for your installation and add a background image. Finally under Typography you can select the ideal font pairing from a full list of Google Fonts and customize font properties for key elements on desktop and mobile devices alike. You also have the option to disable Google Fonts altogether.

On the theme’s demo we use a normal header which can be split into three distinct sections.

  1. Top Bar
  2. Logo
  3. Main Menu

The layout of the header can be set globally under Customize > Header > Layout.

On the demo we have a normal header, the sticky menu is set to On – Permanent and has the split layout applied.

Top Bar

To edit the top bar go to Customize > Top Bar. Here you can toggle the top bar entirely and fill the 3 content areas with simple text, plain HTML, or shortcodes. Refer to the shortcodes section below for information regarding the shortcodes. On the theme’s demo we have used the following shortcodes in the right top bar content area:

[ignition-custom-menu name="Social"][ignition-site-search]

They are responsible for the social icons and the site search.

Logo

The recommended maximum width of your logo is 200px (or 400px if you require retina ready logos). To upload your logo visit the Customizer through your WordPress dashboard Customize > Site Identity. You can see you can upload 2 logos. The main and the alternative one. The alternative logo can be used if you want a different logo to appear when the header layout is set to Transparent under Customize > Header > Layout. In the theme’s demo we don’t use both logos.

Main Menu

If you are not familiar with WordPress menus here is a detailed guide.

Navigate to Customize > Menus. Enter a menu name (It can be anything you like) and click on the Create Menu button. In the next page click the Add Items button and start adding items to the menu. Now all you have to do is assign this menu to a location through the Menu Locations section, check the Main menu location and you are done. Your navigation menu should be now visible on your website.

Since the menu on Kea is set to split you will need to do the procedure above twice, one for the Main menu and one for the Main menu – Left location. In order to avoid any layout breaks try keeping the number of top menu items on each menu relatively low, for example 3-4 top menu items per menu.

Create a menu button

You can create a special button-like menu item by setting a certain class for to it. The class name is nav-button and you can set it under Appearance > Menus for the item you want. First enable this section from Screen Options.

This is a predefined class you can use for your menu items

The page title section

This section allows you to create an area just below the menu which can display the page’s title & subtitle along with a background image or color.

The page title section can be modified under Customize > Page title. You can choose to disable the page title with background section entirely, change its height, alignment, content and toggle the site’s breadcrumbs. Under the Colors section you can set a background color, a background image, an overlay color and also set the primary and the secondary text colors. On the theme’s demo we do not utilize the page title section globally.

In some cases, you might want to have different background images on different posts, pages and custom post types.

To achieve that create or edit a page. On the right sidebar locate the Page title image field. Upload a new image and preview this page. As you can see we have successfully overridden the image set in the Customizer settings.

On the theme’s demo the Page Title with Background section is not shown by default.

NOTE: The purpose of the Transparent header option is to have your main header components (Top bar, Logo & Main Menu) on top of a background image or background color which means that you have to set on in the Customize > Page title > Color section.

In our Knowledge Base you can find more info about the page title section, the breadcrumbs and the page template overrides.

The footer area is a standard 4-column widgetized area that can be populated with widgets through Customize > Widgets. You can also remove the credits at the very bottom of this area by visiting Customize > Footer > Credits content section. You can also adjust the colors by setting a background color & image and modify the border, title and text colors.

Utilities

Lightbox

The theme offers a lightbox for your images which is by default disabled to avoid conflicts with third party plugins which offer lightboxes. If you want to use it you can enable it under Customize > Utilities > Lightbox.

Weather

You can choose to show the weather for a chosen location using the weather shortcode anywhere inside your installation. First you will need to set it up by providing an API key and location under Customize > Utilities > Weather.

Block editor Dark Mode

Some themes might have a dark color scheme which is reflected in the block editor, this can make working with certain blocks a bit harder. Enabling the editor dark mode using the provided checkbox will apply certain styles to the editor in order to improve the content creation experience.

Social Sharing

Via the social sharing panel you can allow users to share your posts & products to Twitter, Facebook & Pinterest with a single click.

Back to Top button

Use the checkbox to enable or disable the back to top button.

Widgets

Enable block widgets support to be able to use blocks as widgets.

For more information check out this knowledge base article about available customization options.

  • Page Settings: Here you can fine tune the item’s appearance. E.g. toggle the featured image, change header type, hide the page title/subtitle, breadcrumbs etc. All our demo services respect the Customizer options. Read more about Page Settings.

Setting up the pages

NOTE: All blocks used in the construction of the pages below are provided by the GutenBee plugin unless mentioned otherwise.

Homepage

The page has the Full width boxed template applied to it under Page Attributes. Under Page Settings we have the top/bottom padding removed, the featured image hidden, the header type set to transparent and all other options set to hide.

The homepage’s hero section is made up of a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enabled and its vertical content alignment set to middle. Under Block Appearance we have a background image, a background overlay color and a background video set, finally the container’s bottom margin is set to 0. In the Slideshow homepage of the demo the column contains a MaxSlider block with a custom slider, check out this video on how to create a slider with MaxSlider.

In the Image homepage the layout is the same, but the Container does not have a background video applied under Block Appearance.

Next up we have the booking bar section consisting of a Container block with 50px top/bottom padding. Inside we have a single column with a Core Shortcode block. Inside the block we have the ignition-booking-form shortcode.

[ignition-booking-form url="https://www.cssigniter.com/demos/kea/book-now/" layout="horizontal"]
The url parameter points to our booking page

The Rooms & Suites section starts with a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enabled, background color & overlay color applied, 80px top/bottom padding and 0 bottom margin. Inside we have a single column with a Heading, a Paragraph and a Post Types block displaying 3 items from the Accommodation post type in a three column layout.

The latest news section is identical to the Rooms & Suites above. The Post Types block here displays the 3 latest posts in a single column layout.

Finally closing out the page we have the Instagram feed section which has the same layout as the booking bar section above. The shortcode this time is the ignition-instagram-feed shortcode.

Just make sure to install both in order for things to function as intended.

Here is a detailed overview on how to download and install the theme.

Once the theme is installed and activated you will be forwarded to the theme’s onboarding page.

Here you will be prompted to install and activate the Ignition Framework plugin if you haven’t done so already. Here you can also install our free custom blocks plugin, GutenBee. Through the onboarding page you have access to many useful links, such as the theme’s documentation, our knowledge base articles and direct links to our support hub.

Here is a generic video on how to import the sample content.

The procedure:

  • In your WordPress dashboard visit Appearance > Theme Options > Sample Content.
  • Click Install and then Activate for each of the required plugins.
  • Click the Get Started button and in the next screen the Import Demo Data button.

  • Main post thumbnail: 750x500px
  • Item: 615x410px
  • Large Item: 1140x760px
  • Article Media: 510x510px
  • Mini-cart items: 160x160px
NOTE: If for any reason you want to change the dimensions of any of the predefined image sizes you have to use a plugin. Here is a guide describing the process.
NOTE: All image sizes are the minimum recommended, adding larger image sizes will result in cropping them to fit these sizes. In order to alter WooCommerce sizes check this guide.

WP Job Manager installation

Listee uses the WP Job Manager plugin and its custom post types to control the Business Listings. This means some basic page setup as well as setting functionality comes directly from the WP Job Manager.

To install the job manager plugin, navigate to Plugins >Add New and search for WP Job ManagerClick the button to install and activate the plugin.

Initial configuration

The plugin’s configuration page can be found under Business > Settings, here you can configure the plugin to match your needs. We would suggest enabling Listing Categories & Listing Types before importing sample content, you can also enable Multi-select Categories & Multi-select Listing Type selections, these will make your filtering system much more flexible. In the Job Submission tab you can configure the requirements for allowing users to submit business listings.

Under the Pages tab you will need to set the pages for the listing submission form (if you intend to use this functionality), the Dashboard page (this is most likely of no use in our situation), the Listings page and the Terms and Conditions one.

For more information the plugin’s extensive documentation can be found here.

Setting up site-wide sections

It’s considered a good practice to set up the areas of your website that you won’t be editing a lot in the future, like the general site layout, the header, footer and some secondary functionality.

General Site Options

You can change your general site options under Appearance > Customize > Site Options.

Read this knowledge base article for more information regarding the site options.

On the theme’s demo the header layout type is set to be trasparent by default, with the menu on the right and the sticky menu option set to permanently on under Customize > Header > Layout.

The header can be split into three key elements:

1. Top Bar
2. Logo
3. Main menu

Top Bar

To edit the top bar go to Customize > Top Bar. Here you can toggle the top bar entirely and fill the 3 content areas with plain text, HTML, or shortcodes. Refer to the shortcodes section below for information regarding the shortcodes. Here you can also customize the color scheme of the top bar, especially useful if you are using the normal header layout. On the theme’s demo the top bar is disabled.

Logo

You can use a logo image 200px wide (or double that if you prefer retina ready logos). To upload your logo go to Customize > Site Identity. You can upload two logos. The main and the alternative one. The alternative logo can be used if you want a different logo to appear when the header layout is set to Transparent under Customize > Header > Layout. On the theme’s demo we use the site’s title as a logo.

Learn more about the header and its options.

The demo’s menu is set to be sticky under Customize > Header > Layout.

Create a menu button

You can create a special button-like menu item by setting a certain class for to it. The class name is nav-button and you can set it under Appearance > Menus for the item you want. First enable this section from Screen Options.

In some cases, you might want to have different background images on different posts, pages and custom post types. To achieve that create or edit a page. On the right sidebar locate the Page title image field. Upload a new image and preview this page. This will override the image set in the Customizer settings.

On the theme’s demo we have a page title with a 250px height, the text alignment set to left and we have selected to hide the normal page title & subtitle.

NOTE: The purpose of the Transparent header option is to have your main header components (Top bar, Logo & Main Menu) on top of a background image or background color which means that you have to set on in the Customize > Page title > Color section.

The footer area is a widgetized area that can be populated with widgets through Customize > Widgets. You can also remove the credits at the very bottom of this area by visiting Customize > Footer > Credits content section. You can also adjust the colors by setting a background color & image and modify the border, title and text colors.

On the theme’s demo we do not use any footer widgets.

Utilities

Lightbox

The theme bundles a lightbox for your images which is by default disabled to avoid conflicts with third party plugins which offer lightboxes.

Business Directory

In this section you have the ability to disable the Google Maps API. This option should be enabled if you are working with another plugin which already loads the API in order to avoid loading it multiple times and causing errors.

Furthermore here you can customize your business listings by moving or disabling the map, changing the column number, and disabling various business info. Finally you can move or disable the map for single businesses.

For more information check out this knowledge base article about available customization options.

Custom Post Types

Create a new Business

The Business custom post type is provided by the WP Job Manager plugin, it was renamed to business to better suit the theme. Adding a business does not differ much from adding a post. The main difference is the Business Data metabox seen below which provides you with useful custom fields for key business information.

The fields are pretty self explanatory regarding the information you need to fill in them. However let’s take a closer look at the Map Location and Visible Location ones. The map location metabox accepts a precise address and uses Google geolocation API to create the marker on the map, additionally the address will be displayed on the business’ meta info on listings and on its single view. If you need to change that displayed text to something else, you can use the Visible location metabox.

Check out the plugin’s documentation for more info on business/job creation.

Custom Shortcodes

Listee provides you with two custom shortcodes.

The [business-directory] shortcode allows you to easily list your businesses in any page.

The [business-search] shortcode will give you a business search bar for your site.

Setting up the pages

NOTE: All blocks used in the construction of the pages below are provided by the GutenBee plugin unless mentioned otherwise.

Home

The front page has the Full width boxed template applied to it under Summary. Under Page Settings > Content Area it has the top/bottom content padding removed, under Page Settings > Header the Header Type is set to Transparent and under Page Settings > Page Title all options are set to hide.

The homepage’s content stars with a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enabled, its height set to 500px and its content vertically aligned to the middle. Under Block Appearance it features a background image, a semi transparent overlay color and has its bottom margin set to 0. The Container has a single column with a Heading, a Paragraph and a Button, all center aligned.

The business search bar is built by another Container with a single column and a Core Shortcode block inside with the [business-search] shortcode.

The featured businesses section consists of a Container with a single column housing a Heading, a Paragraph and the Post Types block displaying three hand-picked businesses in a three column layout.

The next section is another Container with a single column. Inside it we find a 70px tall Core Spacer block, a Heading, a Paragraph and another Container block with three equal columns. Each inner column contains a Core Image and a Core Paragraph block.

The hero section is built with a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enabled. The container’s height is set to 600px and its content is vertically aligned to the middle. Under Block Appearance it has an overlay color and a background image set. Inside the container’s single column we find a Heading, a Paragraph and a Button, all aligned to the center.

Closing the front page we have the latest news section which is built using a Container block with a single column. Inside we have a Heading and a Post Types block displaying the three latest posts in a three column layout. Just below the container we have a 100px tall Spacer block to add some spacing between the content and the footer.

Directory

All Listings

To create the business listing create a page and using a shortcode block paste in the [business-directory] shortcode. The page’s appearance can be customized under Customize > Business Directory.

Listing Categories

These are links to automatically generated business category listings. To add them to your menu, go to Appearance > Menus and enable business categories under Screen Options, then from the new Business Categories item that appears on your menu’s sidebar you can pick which ones you want to add to the menu.

About

The about page has the full width box template applied to it and an excerpt which serves as a subtitle. Under Page settings we have the featured image disabled, the page title section to show and the normal page title & subtitle set to hide.

The alternating timeline consists of three Container blocks with two equal columns each. One column contains a Paragraph and an Icon Box and the other column is empty. To create the overlapping effect the Containers have a -80px bottom margin.

The hero section is built with a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enabled. Under Block Appearance it has an overlay color and a background image with the parallax effect enabled and its speed set to 0.4. Its padding is 100/30/100/30 and it has 80px top/bottom margin. Inside we have two columns in a 33.33/66.66 layout. The left column contains a Heading and the right one a Paragraph.

The final section of the about page starts with a Heading followed by a Container block with a single column and 120px left/right padding. The column has a 30px padding all around and a white background color. Inside we have yet another container with two equal columns. The left one contains an Image block and the right one a Core Paragraph block. After the Container we have a Core Heading, a Core Paragraph and a Button block.

News

This is your main posts listing page. You can create a new page and set it as your posts page under Customize > Homepage Settings. You can customize it under Customize > Blog from the Archives section.

Contact

The contact page has the default template applied to it and a small excerpt which will appear as the page’s subtitle in the page title section.

In the content area we have a Container block with a single column containing a Contact Form 7 block with the contact form.

Submit Listing

The submit listing page will be generated by WP Job Manager. You need to make sure it is set as the Submit Job Form Page under Businesses > Settings > Pages.

Listee’s Global Section

The theme features one Global section (on your site you can add as many as you wish) that appears on the Directory Page and on business taxonomy archives before the main content. Create a new global section under Global Sections > Add New and proceed to the content.

Content-wise we have a single Core Shortcode block with the [business-search] shortcode.

In the Settings section we set the shortcode to display on the before main location and only on the Directory page, the business categories & the business labels taxonomy archives.

ATTENTION: This documentation is about the new version of Salon, if you are using the legacy version please visit its documentation page here

Here you can find an overview of how to download and install the plugin.

Theme installation

Installing the theme is a very simple process. Go to your dashboard under Appearance > Themes > Add new, click Upload Theme and upload the zip file. Once uploaded click Install Now and then the Activate Theme link.

Check out a generic overview of the sample content import procedure.

  • Main post thumbnail: 870×580
  • Item: 615x410px
  • Large Item: 1170×780
  • Article Media: 510x510px
  • Mini-cart items: 160x160px
NOTE: If for any reason you want to change the dimensions of any of the predefined image sizes you have to use a plugin. Here is a guide describing the process.
NOTE: All image sizes are the minimum recommended, adding larger image sizes will result in cropping them to fit these sizes. In order to alter WooCommerce sizes check this guide.

Setting up site-wide sections

It’s considered a good practice to set up the areas of your website that you won’t be editing a lot in the future, like the general site layout, the header, footer and some secondary functionality.

General Site Options

You can change your general site options under Appearance > Customize > Site Options.

Read this knowledge base article for more information regarding the site options.

The header on the theme consists of three key elements:

1. Top Bar
2. Logo
3. Main Menu

The layout of the header can be set globally under Customize > Header > Layout.

On the demo we have a normal header, the menu is sticky and is aligned to the right.

Top Bar

To edit the top bar go to Customize > Top Bar. Here you can toggle the top bar entirely or set it to display on certain devices only and fill the 3 content areas with simple text, plain HTML, or shortcodes.

The left content area on the theme’s demo contains simple text and the social menu shortcode and the right one contains a link to the “My Account” page (WooCommerce) and the mini cart button shortcode. Refer to the shortcodes section below for information regarding the shortcodes.

+30 210 1234 567 [ignition-custom-menu name="Socials"]
the social menu shortcode
<a href="#">My Account</a> [ignition-minicart-button]
the mini cart button shortcode

Top bar colors can also be modified through this tab.

Logo

The recommended maximum width of your logo is 200px (or double that if you want a retina ready logo) while you can use any height you want. To upload your logo go to Customize > Site Identity. You can upload two logos. The normal and the alternative one. The alternative logo can be used if you want a different logo to appear when the header layout is set to Transparent under Customize > Header > Layout.

Learn more about the header and its options.

Create a menu button

You can create a special button-like menu item by setting a certain class for to it. The class name is nav-button and you can set it under Appearance > Menus for the item you want. First enable this section from Screen Options.

The page title section

The page title section can be modified under Customize > Page title. You can choose to disable the page title section entirely, change its height, alignment, content and toggle the site’s breadcrumbs. Under the Colors section you can set a background color, a background image, an overlay color and also set the primary and the secondary text colors.

In some cases, you might want to have different background images on different posts, pages and custom post types. To achieve that set the section up globally and then create or edit a page. On the right sidebar locate the Page title image field. Upload a new image and preview this page. As you can see we have successfully overridden the image set in the Customizer settings.

NOTE: The purpose of the Transparent header option is to have your main header components (Top bar, Logo & Main Menu) on top of a background image or background color which means that you have to set on in the Customize > Page title > Color section.

In our Knowledge Base you can find more info about the page title section, breadcrumbs and page template overrides.

The footer area is a widgetized area that can be populated with widgets through Customize > Widgets. You can also remove the credits at the very bottom of this area by visiting Customize > Footer > Credits content.

Some themes have dark color schemes which are reflected in the block editor, this can make working with certain blocks a bit harder. Enabling the editor dark mode using the provided checkbox will apply certain styles to the editor in order to improve the content creation experience.

Social Sharing

Via the social sharing panel you can allow users to share your posts & products to Twitter, Facebook & Pinterest with a single click.

For more information check out this knowledge base article about available customization options.

Custom post types

Create a new Service

Navigate to Services > Add New. Then under the Service tab start adding the basic item attributes. These are:

  • Categories: Set a category for the item which will also serve as a filter on the post type’s listing pages.
  • Featured image: Will appear on all related listings and on the item’s single page.
  • Excerpt: Add a manual excerpt that will appear on post listings and on the page title section as a subtitle (if applicable).
  • Page Title image: Set a custom post title background image for the item. Leave blank if you want to keep the default settings configured earlier.
  • Page Settings: Here you can fine tune the item’s appearance. E.g. toggle the featured image, change header type, hide the page title/subtitle, breadcrumbs etc. Read more about the page settings options.

Setting up the pages

NOTE: All blocks used in the construction of the pages below are provided by the GutenBee plugin unless mentioned otherwise.

Home

Create a new page with the “Full width boxed” template applied to it. Under Page Settings > Content Area, remove the top/bottom padding and disable the featured image. Under Page Settings > Header, set the header type to “transparent” and finally, under Page Settings > Page Title, set all options to “hide”.

For the homepage’s first section we start with a MaxSlider block which provides us with our homepage slider. Set the MaxSlider block’s alignment to “Full Width” so that it takes up the entire space of the viewport from edge to edge.

Then the banner is a combination of the Container block, with two columns (50% width each). The left column is a Paragraph block set at 14px font size and the right block is the Button Group block. The button’s background color is the dark grey found in the theme’s color palette for easy access.

The title that follows (“Welcome to Salon”), and every other title styled like that is a Heading block with the “Theme title” block style applied to it. Salon comes with this block style built-in for the native Gutenberg and the GutenBee Heading blocks so that you can achieve this effect anywhere you want.

The services section is again, a title with the “Theme title” block style applied to it followed by a Post Types block with the “Overlay” block style.

The next “hero” section is a Container block with just one column and the “Theme grid” setting toggled on (so that the container spans from edge to edge). The Container block itself has a background image with the parallax setting enabled. The column inside the container has a large right padding (500px) for desktop which becomes zero on mobile. This creates the effect of half the width in the desktop version of your homepage. Inside the column the content is just three blocks without any configuration: A Heading block, a Paragraph block with text and a Button Group block for the call to action button.

The “Team” section is again the Heading block with the “Theme title” block style followed by the Post Types block with the “Overlay” block style. Both of these blocks are contained within a Container block with the “Full Width” setting enabled so that it spans edge to edge and a different, darker, background color so that it separates itself as a  section.

The “Our Work”  section is a Heading block with the “Theme title” block style followed by an Image Gallery block. The Image Gallery block has a the “Justified” setting enabled and an image height of 200px. You might want to adjust this height depending on the nature (and size) of your photos so that they fit well within the gallery and take up all space.

The penultimate homepage section (“Featured Products”) is again a Heading block with the “Theme title” block style and a Post Types block with the “Overlay” block style. For the Post Types block we’ve selected “Products” from the post type selection dropdown in the block’s settings.

The final section is a clone of the call to action we saw in the first section of the homepage. To recreate it simply select the parent Container block from the first section and then, from the block’s menu (three dots on the top right of the block), select “Clone”. Using the positioning arrows on the block’s toolbar simply move it to the end of the page. One minor difference that this section has over its sibling is that it has a negative bottom margin so that it looks like it’s overflowing in the footer.

Services

The “Services” page is a normal page with the “Full width boxed” Page Template. Inside it hosts a single Post Types block with the “Services” post type selected, the “Overlay” block style is chosen, it’s set to 3 columns, and the “Category Filters” setting is turned on. This last option is what renders the Service category terms on top of the service items and allows filtering by each one.

Pricing

The “Services Pricing” page is a normal page with the “Full width boxed” Page Template. For the layout here we used the Food Menu block (just because it’s named “food menu” doesn’t mean it always has to be used for restaurant catalogues!). The block gives you the ability to upload an image for each item and fill in a title, description, and a price. Pretty versatile! For each item we’ve basically cloned the title of each Service that the demo offers, and replicated its description and pricing. Of course you can get even more creative by constructing even more involved layouts using other GutenBee blocks.

Team

The “Team” page is a normal page with the “Full width boxed” Page Template. Inside it hosts a single Post Types block with the “Team” post type selected, the “Overlay” block style is chosen, and set to 2 columns. All other settings are the defaults.

Blog

This is your main posts listing page. You can create a new page and set it as your posts page under Customize > Homepage Settings. You can customize it under Customize > Blog from the Archives section.

Shop

The shop page is automatically created upon WooCommerce’s activation. On the theme’s demo we have set the page’s layout to Full width boxed and opted for our products to display an alternate image when hovered under Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog. Read here for more info on WooCommerce related options available on the theme.

Contact

The Contact page is a normal page with the “Full Width” Page Template active. The first block is the Google Maps block from GutenBee. If you’re not familiar with this block you can refer to GutenBee’s documentation for how to set up your Google Maps block.

Next we have a Container block with two columns and the “Theme grid” option turned on, so that the width spans only as much as the site’s normal width. In the first column we’ve created the contact info with the Icon Box block and on the right column there’s a contact form created by the Contact Form 7 plugin’s shortcode block.

Just make sure to install both in order for things to function as intended.

This guide describes this process.
NOTE: All image sizes are the minimum recommended, adding larger image sizes will result in cropping them to fit these sizes

Setting up site-wide sections

It’s considered a good practice to set up the areas of your website that you won’t be editing a lot in the future, like the general site layout, the header, footer and some secondary functionality.

General Site Options

You can change your general site options under Appearance > Customize > Site Options.

The theme’s header can be split into three distinct sections:

  1. Top Bar
  2. Logo
  3. Main Menu

On the theme’s demo the top bar is completely disabled.

Logo

The recommended maximum width of your logo is 200px (or 400px if you prefer a retina ready logo). To upload your logo go to Customize > Site Identity. You can upload two logos. The main and the alternative one. The alternative logo can be used if you want a different logo to appear when the header layout is set to Transparent under Customize > Header > Layout. In the theme’s demo we use the main logo everywhere.

Learn more about the header and its options.

Main Menu

Here is a detailed guide to familiarize you with WordPress menus.

Factum is built as a one-page presentation/landing theme. To make this work we need to create an in page navigation. To achieve this we need to install and activate the Anchor Block plugin, this plugin will provide us with an easy way to add anchor points in the content for our navigation to scroll to. Now when creating the content of a page in the block editor we have the Anchor block available. To create a link to the services section on the theme’s home page we can drag an anchor block just above the service heading and give it a meaningful ID as shown below.

Alternatively you can use a GutenBee Spacer block with a small 10px height and an HTML anchor set under the Advanced tab.

Now we can create a custom link for your site’s navigation and use the id you have set as the URL of the menu item, repeat for each of the homepage’s sections and you are good to go.

Menu smooth scroll

To enable the menu’s smooth scroll functionality make sure the word smooth is in the menu name. For example you can name your menu Main Menu Smooth if you want this functionality or Main Menu if you don’t.

Create a menu button

You can create a special button-like menu item by setting a certain class for to it. The class name is nav-button and you can set it under Appearance > Menus for the item you want. First enable this section from Screen Options.

The footer area is a widgetized area that can be populated with widgets through Customize > Widgets. The number of widgetized columns can be changed from the Widgets Layout Type drop down, additionally here users can also adjust the colors by setting a background color & image and modify the border, title and text colors. On the theme’s demo we have left all footer sidebars empty.

In the Credits content section you can replace the existing copyright information with yours or use any of the shortcodes included in the Ignition Framework.

Utilities

For more detailed information regarding the customization options available on Ignition Framework based themes you can check out this knowledge base article.

Setting up the pages

NOTE: All blocks used in the construction of the pages below are provided by the GutenBee plugin unless mentioned otherwise.

Homepage

Create a new page under Pages > Add New and select the Full width boxed template from the right hand sidebar under Summary. Then under Page Settings > Content Area check the disable the featured image and under Page Settings > Page Title hide the page’s title and subtitle. Now you can proceed with the content.

The homepage starts with a single GutenBee Container block containing a single column. The Container block is set with a height of 490px and a background image. Inside its single column the call to action is consistent of one GutenBee Paragraph block and one GutenBee Buttons block.

All the Image/Content areas that follow for the Overview and Profiles sections have been created with a two column GutenBee container block, a GutenBee Image block in the left column and GutenBee Heading and Paragraph blocks for the column on the right column.

The next homepage section is designed to show clientele and user/client feedback via testimonials. It consists of two areas, the first being the client logos. For this, the demo uses two GutenBee Container blocks (one for each row) split in 3 columns. Inside of each column there’s a GutenBee Image block that hosts each logo.

The second section is one GutenBee Testimonial block. It’s set to center alignment and the layout setting is set to have the avatar position at the bottom.

The next section is simply a GutenBee title and a listing of articles fetched by the GutenBee Post Types block:

And finally, the contact section is consisted of a GutenBee Container block (two columns) which has a Contact Form 7 shortcode in the first column and a GutenBee Heading, Paragraph, and Google Maps blocks in the right column.

Just make sure to install both in order for things to function as intended.

Here you can find an overview of how to download and install the plugin.

Theme installation

Installing the theme is a very simple process. Go to your dashboard under Appearance > Themes > Add new, click Upload Theme and upload the zip file. Once uploaded click Install Now and then the Activate Theme link.

Check out a generic overview of the sample content import procedure.

The procedure:

  • In your WordPress dashboard visit Appearance > Theme Options > Sample Content.
  • Click Install and then Activate for each of the required plugins.
  • Click the Get Started button and in the next screen the Import Demo Data button.

Read this knowledge base article for more information regarding the site options.

On the theme’s demo the header layout type is set to transparent by default under Customize > Header > Layout and the menu is aligned to the right.

In the theme’s demo the top bar contains contact information in the left content area and the following shortcodes in the right one:

[ignition-custom-menu name="Social"][ignition-site-search]

The first shortcode is responsible for the social menu and the second one for the site search.

On the theme’s demo we do not use a logo image.

Learn more about the header and its options.

The demo’s menu is set to be sticky under Customize > Header > Layout.

Create a menu button

You can create a special button-like menu item by setting a certain class for to it. The class name is nav-button and you can set it under Appearance > Menus for the item you want. First enable this section from Screen Options.

In some cases, you might want to have different background images on different posts, pages and custom post types.

To achieve that create or edit a page. On the right sidebar locate the Page title image field. Upload a new image and preview this page. This will override the image set in the Customizer settings.

On the theme’s demo we have the page title with background enabled, 500px tall, normal page title, subtitle & breadcrumbs enabled by default and a background image set.

NOTE: The purpose of the Transparent header option is to have your main header components (Top bar, Logo & Main Menu) on top of a background image or background color which means that you have to set on in the Customize > Page title > Color section.

The footer area is a widgetized area by default which can be populated with widgets under Customize > Widgets. You can also adjust the colors by setting a background color & image and modify the border, title and text colors.

In the Credits Content section you can replace the existing copyright information with yours or use any of the shortcodes included in the Ignition Framework.

Utilities

NOTE: All blocks used in the construction of the pages below are provided by the GutenBee plugin unless mentioned otherwise.

Home

The homepage has the full width boxed template applied to it under Summary, under Page Settings > Content Area the top/bottom padding is removed and the featured image is disabled. Under Page Settings > Header the header type is set to Transparent and under Page Settings > Page Title all options are set to hide.

The content starts with a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enabled, the container height set to -1, vertical content alignment set to bottom, a background overlay & image set under Block Appearance and 120px bottom padding. Inside we have a single column with a Heading with the theme title style applied to it and a Paragraph.

Below the hero we have a 100px tall spacer followed by a Heading with the theme title style applied, a Core Paragraph and a Post Types block displaying 4 Portfolio items in a 2 column layout.

Next we have another 100px tall Spacer followed by a Container with two equal columns. The left column contains a Heading with the theme title style applied and 50px bottom margin, next we have a Core Pullquote with the solid color style applied to it. In the right column we have a single Image block.

The Container is followed by another 100px tall Spacer, a Heading with the theme title style, a Core Paragraph, a Post Types block displaying 3 posts in a 3 column layout and finally another 100px tall spacer.

Portfolio listing layouts

The portfolio listing pages have the Full width boxed template applied to them, all options under Page Settings are left at their default values.

Content wise we have a single Post Types block with the overlay block style selected, set to display 9 items from the portfolio post type in a three column layout with the pagination enabled.

On the Filters portfolio the Post Types block is set to display 12 items and has the Category Filters Option enabled.

Project layouts

Project items have the full width boxed template applied to them, a Featured Image, an excerpt which serves as the subtitle and under Page Settings they have the featured image disabled.

Content wise things are pretty simple. We start with a Core Paragraph, followed by a Core Columns block with two equal columns each containing a Core Paragraph. Closing the content we have a GutenBee Gallery block with the Columns type selected and the columns number set to 1.

The other demo projects have an increased column number set on the GutenBee Gallery block. The Justified one has the gallery type set to Justified, the row height set to 210px, the margins set to 3 and the last row is set to justified.

Testimonials

The testimonials page has the Full width boxed template applied to it and a Page Title Image set. The top/bottom padding is removed, and the Breadcrumbs are hidden under Page Settings.

The content of this page is comprised of repeated groups of blocks making up each testimonials. Each starts with a 100px tall Spacer followed by a Container with two equal columns. The one column contains a Heading with the theme title style applied and 50px bottom margin, next we have a Core Pullquote with the solid color style applied to it. The other column houses a single Image block. To create the alternating layout of testimonials we simply swap the positions of the content and image on the testimonial group in each iteration.

Blog

This is your main posts listing page. You can create a new page and set it as your posts page under Customize > Homepage Settings. You can customize it under Customize > Blog from the Archives section.

Shop

The shop page is automatically created upon WooCommerce’s activation. On the theme’s demo we have set the page’s layout to Full width boxed and have done the same for the shop layout under Customize > WooCommerce > Product CatalogRead here for more info on WooCommerce related options available on the theme.

Contact me

This page houses the site’s contact form. It has the Default template applied to it under Summary, has an excerpt which will appear as the page’s subtitle and a Page Title Image uploaded. Under Page Settings everything is left to its default values.

Setting up site-wide sections

It’s considered a good practice to set up the areas of your website that you won’t be editing a lot in the future, like the general site layout, the header, footer and some secondary functionality.

General Site Options

You can change your general site options under Appearance > Customize > Site Options.

As you can see in our demo website all pages have a normal page header which consists of 3 main components:

  1. Top Bar
  2. Logo
  3. Main Menu

The layout of the header can be set globally under Customize > Header > Layout.

On the demo we have a normal header, the menu is sticky and aligned on the right.

Top Bar

To edit the top bar go to Customize > Top Bar. Here you can toggle the top bar entirely and fill the 3 content areas with simple text, plain HTML, or shortcodes. Refer to the shortcodes section below for information regarding the shortcodes. On the theme’s demo we have used the following shortcodes:

[ignition-custom-menu name="Social"][ignition-current-weather id="265040"][ignition-language-switcher]

To show the social icons, the weather and the language switcher.

In the theme’s demo we don’t use a logo image.

On Andros’ demo we do not utilize the page title section globally, only on pages required.

In some cases, you might want to have different background images on different posts, pages and custom post types.

To achieve that create or edit a page. On the right sidebar locate the Page title image field. Upload a new image and preview this page. As you can see we have successfully overridden the image set in the Customizer settings.

The footer area is a widgetized area that can be populated with widgets through Customize > Widgets. You can also remove the credits at the very bottom of this area by visiting Customize > Footer > Credits content section. ATTENTION: This documentation is about the new version of Roxima, if you are using the legacy version please visit its documentation page here.

Just make sure to install both in order for things to function as intended.

For more details on the plugin’s installation check out this article.

Theme installation

Installing the theme is a very simple process. Go to your dashboard under Appearance > Themes > Add new, click Upload Theme and upload the zip file. Once uploaded click Install Now and then the Activate Theme link. For a more detailed overview on how to download and install the theme check out this article.

A generic video guide on how to import the sample content can be found here.

The theme’s header can be split into three distinct sections:

  1. Top Bar
  2. Logo
  3. Main Menu

On the theme’s demo we use some text in the left content area and the language switcher shortcode in the right one.

[ignition-language-switcher]
The Ignition language switcher shortcode

Roxima is built as a one-page presentation/landing theme.

You can also remove the credits at the very bottom of this area by visiting Customize > Footer > Credits content.

Then under Page Settings > Content Area check the Remove top/bottom content padding and under Page Settings > Page Title set all options to hide. Now you can proceed with the content.

We start off with a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enable, its height set to 794px, the vertical content alignment set to middle, under block appearance we have a background overlay, a background image and a margin bottom of 0. Inside the container we have a single column containing a Heading, a Paragraph and a Button.

The Services section consists of another Container with 90px top/bottom padding. Inside we have a single column containing a Spacer with an HTML anchor set to it as seen in the Menu section above, a Heading, a Paragraph and another Container with four columns. Each column of the inner container houses an Icon Box block with the service information.

The hero section following the services has the same block layout as the one on the top of the page with the difference that the Container block has the Parallax effect enabled and set to 0.5 under block appearance.

The team section below it consists of a Container block with 90px top/bottom padding and 0 bottom margin. Inside we have a Spacer (for the navigation link), a Heading, a Paragraph and an inner container with three equal columns. Each column contains an Image Box block and a Core Social Icons block.

The pricing table consists of a fully aligned Container block, with middle vertical content alignment, a background color, 90px top/bottom padding and 0 bottom margin. Inside is a single column containing a Spacer for the navigation, a Heading, a Paragraph and another Container with three columns. Each column of the inner container hosts a Banner block with center horizontal alignment, a 2px solid gray border and 40/30/40/30px padding. Inside the Banner we find a Heading, a Paragraph, an Icon List, another Heading and a Button. The middle column with the focused pricing plan has a #ed145b colored border.

The clients section is a fully aligned Container block with the theme grid enabled, its height set to 364px and middle vertical content alignment. Under block appearance it has a background image & overlay color, the parallax effect enabled with its speed set to 0.5 and 0px bottom margin. Inside we find a single column with a Heading, a Paragraph and another Container with four equal columns. Each column contains an image block with the client’s logo.

The testimonials section is constructed with a Container block with 90px top/bottom padding. Inside we have two columns each one containing a Testimonial block.

The latest articles section consists of a fully aligned Container block, with the theme grid enabled, middle vertical content alignment, a background color, 90px top/bottom padding and 0 bottom margin. Inside we have a Heading, a Paragraph and a Post Types block with the boxed block style applied, displaying the three latest blog posts in a three column layout.

The contact section starts with a fully aligned Container block with a single column. Inside we have Google Maps block with 500px height.

Next we have a Container block with two columns. The left one takes up 30% of the available space and contains a mix of Headings  and Core Paragraphs. The right one takes up the rest of the space and contains a Core Shortcode block with the Contact Form 7 shortcode.

Shop

The shop page is automatically created upon WooCommerce’s activation. On the theme’s demo we have set the page’s layout to Full width boxed and opted for our products to display an alternate image when hovered under Customize > WooCommerce > Product CatalogRead here for more info on WooCommerce related options available on the theme.

The header’s type is set to transparent under Customizer > Header > Layout, the menu layout is set to right and the menu is sticky.

The header on the theme consists of three key elements:

1. Top Bar
2. Logo
3. Main Menu

The layout of the header can be set globally under Customize > Header > Layout.

Top Bar

To edit the top bar go to Customize > Top Bar. Here you can toggle the top bar entirely and fill the 3 content areas with simple text, plain HTML, or shortcodes. We have used simple text on the left content area, a custom menu and a site search in the right one on the theme’s demo.

Demo shortcodes

Refer to the shortcodes section below for information regarding the shortcodes.

Logo

On the theme’s demo we haven’t set a logo. To upload a logo navigate to Customize > Site Identity. The recommended maximum width of your logo is 200px (or 400px if you prefer a retina ready logo) while you can use any height you want. You can upload two logos. The normal and the alternative one. The alternative logo can be used if you want a different logo to appear when the header layout is set to Transparent under Customize > Header > Layout.

Learn more about the header and its options.

In some cases, like in our demo website, you might want to have different background images on different posts, pages and custom post types.

To achieve that create or edit a page. Under Page Settings > Page Title locate Background Image field.

In our Knowledge Base you can find more info about the page title section, the breadcrumbs and the page template overrides.

The footer area is a widgetized area that can be populated with widgets through Customize > Widgets. The footer can be turned of completely and its number of columns can be adjusted. Additionally users can also adjust the colors by setting a background color & image and modify the border, title and text colors.

In the Credits content section you can replace the existing copyright information with yours or use any of the shortcodes included in the Ignition Framework.

Utilities

Some themes have dark color schemes which are reflected in the block editor, this can make working with certain blocks a bit harder. Enabling the editor dark mode using the provided checkbox will apply certain styles to the editor in order to improve the content creation experience.

Social Sharing

Via the social sharing panel you can allow users to share your posts & products to Twitter, Facebook & Pinterest with a single click.

For more detailed information regarding the customization options available on Ignition Framework based themes you can check out this knowledge base article.

Custom post types

Create a new Package

Accommodation items on the demo have the Default template set to it under post attributes.

Navigate to Packages > Add New. Then under the Package tab start adding the basic item attributes. These are:

  • Summary: Control the location and appearance of the sidebar. More info about these options can be found here.
  • Destinations: Set a destination for the item which will also serve as a filter on the post type’s listing pages.
  • Discussion: Enable this option to allow your visitors to leave a rating/review.
  • Page Title image: Set a custom post title background image for the item. Leave blank if you want to keep the default settings configured earlier.
  • Page Settings: Here you can fine tune the item’s appearance. E.g. toggle the featured image, change header type, or hide the page title/subtitle. All our demo packages respect the Customizer options. Read more about page template configuration options.
  • Package Settings: Through this group of options you can add all necessary info for the package. You can set the offer text if the item is on offer, enter its price & price text, the package’s duration & duration text, the listing button’s text and URL. The price & duration fields take a plain number and help with sorting functionality, the corresponding text fields are what appears to the site’s visitor.

Rating – Reviews

The package post type allows your visitors to leave a rating and a review regarding their experience with the product. The review section is a modified WordPress comments section with a star rating field. While user reviews accumulate their average will appear as a star rating at the top of the content and as a bar augmented star rating just below the content.

Setting up the pages

NOTE: All blocks used in the construction of the pages below are provided by the GutenBee plugin unless mentioned otherwise.

Home

Create a new page under Pages > Add New. Set the Full width boxed template to it under Summary and under Page Settings > Content Area remove the top/bottom padding, and under Pages Settings > Page Title set everything to hide.

Image

The page’s content starts with a fully aligned Container block. The theme grid is enabled, its height is set to -1, the vertical content alignment is set to middle and the horizontal one to center. Under block appearance it has a background image set. Inside the Container we find one column which contains a Paragraph, a Heading, another Paragraph and a Button.

Just below we have another Container with a single column inside it. The Column’s top margin is set to -100px. The Column houses a Core Shortcode block with the package search form shortcode

[package-search-form]
The package search form shortcode

This shortcode will display a search form which allows your visitors to search for packages based on destination, vacation type, budget and duration.

The Popular Destinations section starts out with a Paragraph as the overtitle, a Core Heading and a Taxonomy Terms block (provided by Cousteau Pro) with the destinations taxonomy selected and a four column layout.

The visit Greece section starts with a Paragraph as an overtitle, a Core Heading and a Container block with two columns, the left column takes up 25% of the width and contains a couple of Paragraphs and a button, and the right column takes up the rest of the width and contains a Post Types block displaying three hand-picked packages.

The Most Popular packages section starts out with a Paragraph as the overtitle, a Core Heading and a Container block with a single column containing a Post Types block which displays four hand-picked packages in a four column layout.

Next up we have a Banner block which sports a background image & overlay color with the parallax effect enabled. It has 90/200/90/200px padding, 55px top and 70px bottom margin. Inside we find a Heading, a Paragraph and a Button block.

Closing up the page we have a Core Heading, a Post Types block displaying the four latest posts in a four column layout and an 80px tall spacer.

Video

For the homepage with the video hero, what changes is that the Container block has a video background added under Block Appearance.

Slider

For the slider version, we replace the contents of the single column in the top Container with a MaxSlider block which provides us with our homepage slider.

Tour Packages

Create a new page and set the template to Content/Sidebar or Sidebar/Content under Summary, depending where you want the sidebar to appear, next add a Page Title > Background Image and you are good to proceed to the content.

Content wise we have a Post Types block displaying 12 items from the Packages post type in a three column layout with the pagination enabled and ordered by date.

To get the search box in the sidebar add a text widget in the Page sidebar under Customize > Widgets > Page and paste inside the package search form shortcode.

[package-search-form]
The package search form shortcode

Destinations

The Destinations are taxonomy listings so to add them to your menu go to Appearance > Menus and enable Destinations under Screen Options, next add the destinations to your menu either from the same page or under Customize > Menus.

To get the same appearance as the one you see on the theme’s demo you need to fill in some information for each destination. To do that navigate to Packages > Destinations and edit a destination.

Here you will need to add the destination’s description, a page title image (optionally a page title video) and a cover image.

News

This is your main posts listing page. You can create a new page and set it as your posts page under Customize > Homepage Settings. You can customize it under Customize > Blog from the Archives section.

Brochures

The page has the Full width boxed template applied to it and a Page Title > Background Image set.

Content-wise things are pretty simple. We have a Container block with two columns. The left column covers 25% of the content’s width and contains a mix of Paragraphs and Headings to display the required information. The right column takes up the rest of the content’s width and contains 3 Container blocks with three equal columns each. Each of these columns contains an Image Box block with the image and description.

Get a quote

The get a quote has an identical content layout with the Brochures page above. The left Container column contains the same mix of Paragraphs and Headings and the right column contains a core Shortcode block housing a Contact Form 7 shortcode.

Search Tour Packages

This page (not visible on the demo’s menu, but can be seen if you use the package search form just below the homepage’s hero section) lists the results of the package search.

To recreate it create a new page with the Sidebar/Content template applied to it, add a small excerpt which will appear as the page’s subtitle, set a Page Title > Background Image and proceed to the content.

In the content place a single Core Shortcode block with the package search page shortcode. The shortcode accepts three parameters the per_page one which controls how may results will be shown, the columns one and the controls one which toggles the appearance of the layout & order controls. They are seen below with their default values.

[package-search-page per_page="9" columns="3" controls="1"]
The package search page shortcode

To have the search form display in the sidebar you need to add the package search form shortcode in a text widget in the Page sidebar either under Customize > Widgets > Page or under Appearance > Widgets.

Page options

All themes offer six different templates which modify the location and appearance of the sidebar and the main content’s width.

Additionally pages have a common set of options which allow you to customize the appearance of the page title section, toggle breadcrumbs and more.

All settings are inherited from Customizer. So you can actually set some global settings and if you wish change certain pages to have different behavior.

Read the following article for a detailed explanation of the available templates and their options.

WooCommerce

Ignition Framework based themes are compatible with WooCommerce giving you the ability to create awesome online stores which perfectly match the appearance of the rest of your site.

WooCommerce is an optional plugin. You don’t need to install it if you are not looking to build an online store.

After activating WooCommerce it will create and set some default pages. These will serve as your Shop, Cart, Checkout and My Account pages.

The framework offers various customization options both for the main product listing page under Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog and for single products under Customize > WooCommerce > Single Products.

For example users can create a newsletter subscription call to action box and immediately display it above the footer on all (or some) posts and pages, or create a banner ad an easily add it between posts in post listings etc.

Check out our knowledge base article for more information about Global Sections.
