The Ignition Framework

As mentioned above, Decorist is based on our Ignition Framework. The framework comes in the form of an independent plugin which bundles all the necessary functionality, such as custom post types, sidebars, third party plugin integrations, page templates and more, in an neat little package. Due to this separation the theme is left with only one job to do, make your site look great. Themes are now very light weight, more manageable and easier to customize. The framework plugin is common on all themes which makes sure that compatibility with third party plugins, security and feature updates can be patched quickly and released all at once..
