GutenBee 2.20.0 release announcement
Last Updated On
We are pleased to announce the release of GutenBee version 2.20.0.
This update introduces support for the v3.0 Block API across all blocks, in preparation for the upcoming transition to iframe rendering in the block editor.
In this version, we also addressed several issues and introduced a few UI adjustments to improve the editing experience:
- Redesigned the spacing component (padding, margin) to be more usable, ensuring values are no longer hidden by browser-inserted numeric controls.
- Fixed issues with the font size component on non-Ignition themes, where it would have no effect on text and offered broken visual feedback.
- Ensured the Post types block outputs correctly on non-Ignition themes.
- Fixed the padding and margin controls on the Gallery block.
- Addressed focus state issues in the Progress block to allow placing the cursor directly on the title and inner title fields.
- Prevented browsers from adding resize handles on the title field in Accordion and Tabs blocks, which could break the layout.
- Solved an issue in the Image comparison block where images would overflow the block’s border.
- Corrected the application of View and Shape settings on the front-end for Icon and Icon box blocks.
- Fixed the initial border color on the Button block inside the Button group.
- Resolved a warning thrown upon typing in the Prefix field of the Countup block.
- Introduced some minor styling fixes for the Countdown block.
